A premium AI, Data and Software studio for teams that want results

I've been a techie since childhood, the kind of kid who took things apart just to see what was inside. Naturally, I ended up studying Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, where I graduated with High Distinction. Electrons are my favourite atoms, and maths has always been my best subject. I just eventually taught them to predict things.

That curiosity led me into data science. I completed my Master of Science in Data Science at Deakin University in Australia, and somewhere in the middle of building ML models for road accident prediction, e-commerce anomaly detection, and retail sales forecasting, I realised I didn't just want to build models. I wanted to build things that actually mattered to real businesses.

I've worked at Cognizant as a Data Analyst and spent time as a Data Scientist at Gopher Industries where I improved predictive accuracy by 15%. These days, outside of Voxotec, I also lead IT, AI, and analytics strategy at Jetset Plumbing & Electrical, which keeps me very grounded in what it actually takes to make AI work inside a real organisation, not just in a notebook.

Voxotec came from a frustration I kept running into. Businesses had the data, the ambition, and often decent tools, but the gap between raw data and actual outcomes kept being left unfilled. I built Voxotec to fill that gap properly. Voice automation, intelligent analytics, custom AI, built with care, not just shipped and forgotten.

I'm a member of the Australian Computer Society and hold certifications across cloud data engineering, machine learning, responsible AI, and Power BI not because I collect certificates, but because I genuinely find this space exciting and I think staying sharp matters when you're building things for people who trust you.
